Wolf Theiss advised members of underwriters syndicate on Ukrainian mining sector IPO
WOLF THEISS advised members of underwriters syndicate led by the Canadian GMP Securities LP with respect to an initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange by the Canadian mining company Black Iron Inc. The Ukrainian office advised on Ukrainian mining and natural resources, corporate and tax laws relevant in the course of the IPO. This IPO valued from CAD 35 million to CAD 40 million.
