DLA Piper advised Assos Capital on all aspects of implementation of strategies which allowed Assos Capital to achieve tax optimization at the level of its Ukrainian subsidiaries.

DLA Piper team's work included a profound advice on elaboration of debt structuring, preparation of the action plan, advice and legal support of the transfer of the title to the affected real estate assets, full legal support of the restructuring process, the implementation of the strategy as well as in-depth tax advice.
