Integrites - legal counsel to MTI holding

The lawyers of Integrites International Law Firm defended the interests of МТI in a tax dispute against the Head office for work with big tax payers of the Ministry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine.

Having inspected a chain of electronics stores PROTORIA,which is a member of MTI Holding, the tax authorities revealed violations of legislation, namely with regard to cash payments by means of PPO. As a result,  MTI was applied with tax notices. Being not agreeable with tax notices the taxpayer brought a lawsuit to Kiev District Administrative Court. The company has not managed to defend its rights in the first instance. For that reason, the representatives of MTI requested legal assistance of Integrites.

At the stage of appeal, lawyers has proved that PROTORIA duly performs capitalization of cash. This decision created a prejudicial fact which protects the rights of the client at the inspections in the following periods.
