Avellum Partners acted for sellers of FMCG producer

Avellum Partners acted as the legal counsel to the owners of a leading Ukrainian FMCG producer in connection with its sale to a private investor. The transaction included cash-out and cash-in elements. The cash-in element was aimed to decrease the financial leverage of the target.

The team of Avellum Partners advised on overall structuring of the transaction, drafted transaction documents, assisted in preparation of the sellers’ disclosure documents, coordinated signing of the transaction documents and orchestrated completion. Avellum Partners also helped the parties to resolve multiple transaction issues relating to involvement of seven jurisdictions in this deal.
