Vasil Kisil & Partners defended the interests of a major international manufacturer and seller of clothing

Vasil Kisil & Partners has successfully completed legal proceedings defending the interests of a major international manufacturer and seller of clothing in disputes with tax authorities regarding alleged violations of the law of Ukraine on the keeping of transaction payment records. As established by the courts, tax authorities wrongly believed that due to register’s technical specifications the lack of numbers on checks printed by registrars that did not register payment transactions during the shift equals to non-fulfilment of the requirement of daily printing of fiscal reporting checks.

The interests of the manufacturer and seller of clothing were represented by partner Andriy Stelmashchuk, senior counsellor Vadim Belyanevych and associate Tetyana Matsyuk with Andriy acting as lead on this matter.
