Dentons expands corporate practice with arrival of Adam Mycyk
On 6 August 2014Dentons announced that one of Ukraine’s leading legal practitioners, Adam Mycyk, has joined the firm's corporate practice as a partner based in Kiev.
Adam is a highly-regardedcorporate lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in Ukraine and is one of the few US-qualified attorneys working in Ukraine. He joined from the Kiev office of Chadbourne & Parke.Prior to that Adam was a partner at CMS Cameron McKennainKyiv where he led the Corporate/M&A group and co-led the Banking & International Finance practice. He also served as the managing partner of CMS’s Kyiv office in 2008-2012.
Adam Mycyk regularly advises multinationals and foreign companies, Ukrainian companies, banks, investment banks and other financial institutions on structuring and implementing debt and equity inward investments, including corporate/M&A and on complex cross-border commercial and financing transactions. His practice focuses on both advisory and transactional work. In recent years he has worked on several oil & gas and energy transactions as well as on transactions on international capital markets.
