On July 3-4, 2014, Arkhangelsk will host the Legal Investment Forum

On July 3-4, 2014, Arkhangelsk will host the Legal Investment  Forum “Legal Aspects of Investment Climate in Russian Regions”

The Forum is held on behalf of the Arkhangelsk Region Government and the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation with support of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum and the Northern Arctic Federal University.

The event is designed to draw Russian lawyers’ and businessmen’s attention to problems of legal regulation in the North Western region.

The programme includes the following issues:

• Crisis Management and Bankruptcy
• Legal Problems of the Arkhangelsk Region Industrial Markets’ Activity
• Government Tax Initiatives and Business Climate
• Public–Private Partnership
• Companies in Search of Funds
• Labor Market Conditions for Alumni of Arkhangelsk Region Law Schools
• Criminal Liability: what should businesses pay attention to?

Moreover, delegates of the Forum will have an opportunity to discuss issues brought up at the IV St. Petersburg International Legal Forum in regional scale.

On July 3 there will be a Welcome reception by the Governor. As part of the social programme numerous excursions will be also organized for the delegates.

The Forum aims to bring together:

Government and business representatives, lawyers, Russian and international investors.
