Vasil Kisil & Partners - legal adviser to PJSC UniCredit Bank and PJSC Ukrsotsbank

Accession of PJSC UniCredit Bank to PJSC Ukrsotsbank (two banks of UniCredit Group) was performed on 2 December 2013 within the course of the integration process commenced in August 2013. The banks approved the transfer balance sheet under which all property, property rights and obligations, assets and capital of PJSC UniCredit Bank were transferred to PJSC Ukrsotsbank as the bank-successor. Full legal completion of the accession process is expected in the first half of 2014.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to PJSC UniCredit Bank and PJSC Ukrsotsbank in the course of drafting all transaction-related documents and obtaining of regulatory approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine, as well as advised on legal matters of the accession process on a daily basis.
