Maksym Kodunov promoted to partner of Integrites

International law firm Integrites is expanding its board of partners and welcoming on board a new partner – Maksym Kodunov. Mr Kodunov has served as counsel and head of international arbitration practice as part of the ILF Integrites team in Ukraine. He joined the Integrites team in October 2011.

Maksym Kodunov is recognized as an expert in the field of international arbitration and cross-jurisdictional litigation. His professional record includes cases atLCIA, ICC, GAFTA, FOSFA, other arbitral institutions,on obtaining interim relief in support of arbitral proceedings, challenge, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Maksym Kodunov is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (London, UK). He is a member of a variety professional organizations, including the following: the American Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Association, etc. Maksym Kodunov was elected the Secretary- General of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association. Mr. Kodunov obtained a master of law degree at the Taras Shevchenko National University in Kiev.
