Arzinger announces the appointment of new partner

On 5 July 2013 Arzinger law firm has appointed the new partner Lana Sinichkina. Since January 2012 Lana was counsel and co-chair of the Life Sciences & Healthcare and Food & Drinks industries at Arzinger. Lana has profound knowledge and expertise on regulatory issues of industries she leads,on antirust and competition law, state procurement, personal data protection, compliance procedures and anticorruption legislation, on advertisement and product promotion issues. Lana's team legally supports clients working in FMCG adjacent industries, such as cosmetics and non-food products. Moreover, Lana is currently developing the practice for support of clients working in the IT industry.

She has been practicing law for 10 years now. She worked for the legal firm JurService Consulting Company, Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Lana headed the foreign trade and litigation department at the Nemiroff Managing Company. She was a managing partner at Lukowisc Swierzewskiy & Partners (Ukrainian Office). In September 2009 she became head of the legal department at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ukraine and GlaxoSmithKline Consumers Healthcare Ukraine. In 2012 she has joined Arzinger.
