Chadbourne & Parke LLP promotes two senior associates to international counsel
The international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP announced that Anna Putintseva and Olga Vorozhbyt have been promoted to international counsel.
Anna Putintseva joined the firm in 2001 and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, antitrust and competition compliance, currency control, financing transactions and securing creditors' rights. Ms. Putintseva has advised both multinational and large domestic clients on various aspects of doing business in Ukraine. Anna earned her law degree from the International Institute of Linguistics and Law in 2001 and LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2005.
Olga Vorozhbyt heads the Dispute Resolution Practice in the Kiev office of Chadbourne. She represents clients with regard to various matters in Ukrainian courts and in arbitration proceedings both in Ukraine and abroad. Ms. Vorozhbyt also advises clients on compliance-related matters and mitigation of violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act in Ukraine. Prior to joining Chadbourne in 2010, Olga worked as an associate in the Kiev office of Baker & McKenzie. Olga earned her law degree from the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University in 2002.
