AverLex protected Syrorob LLC

Attorneys’ Association AverLex defended interests of Syrorob LLC (one of the largest producers of cheese in Ukraine) in the Kiev Administrative Court of Appeal in a dispute involving the tax authorities. The court considered the appeal by the Katerinopolsky State Tax Inspection of Cherkassy Region against the ruling of the Administrative Court of the Cherkassy Region. The AverLex team included the deputy head of litigation department Anton Sintsov and the head of the tax department, Natalia Dubina, with the participation of managing partner Olga Prosianuk.
