Eugene Blinov promoted to partner of AstapovLawyers

Eugene Blinov, a counsel with AstapovLawyers ILG, has been promoted to a partner of the group. Mr. Blinov leads the International Arbitration Practice. Mr. Blinov has been with the firm for over 5 years having joined the group in 2007 and was promoted to senior associate in 2010, counsel in 2011 and finally to partner – in 2013.

Eugene Blinov has over 7 years of experience of representing companies at various international arbitration forums. As a leading counsel he also manages multiple disputes submitted to courts of numerous jurisdictions. He often represents parties in shareholder and post-M&A, equipment supply and investment disputes. Mr. Blinov also advises multiple clients in the commodities, energy, maritime and insurance sectors.

Eugene Blinov has provided unique understanding and presentation of the clients in many high-profile litigations and arbitrations, including Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. vs the State of Ukraine, EFKO vs CJSC CARGILL JSC, to mention a few.
