Antonina Yaholnyk joined AstapovLawyers

Antonina Yaholnyk has joined AstapovLawyers International Law Group as a partner heading Competition and Compliance practices.

Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Antonina Yaholnyk held a position of Baker & McKenzie’s partner heading Competition & Compliance law practice groups. Mrs Yaholnyk has over 10 years of experience handling antitrust, trade and compliance matters. Mrs Yaholnyk has profound experience assisting numerous multinational and national companies in connection with their cross-border acquisitions. She has been advising foreign investors on major acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations of Ukrainian enterprises, including those in the telecommunications, retail, steel, manufacturing, banking, broadcasting, agroindustry, consumer goods and beverages industries. Mrs Yaholnyk handles cases on diverse competition law matters which include cartel investigations on socially sensitive product markets, cases on distribution, unfair competition, pre-IPO group clearance and other competition and compliance matters.

Antonina Yaholnyk is a chairman of the European Business Association’s Competition Committee.
