Law Firm ANK protected the interests of the Turkish Sea Carrier

In May the Superior Commercial Court completed consideration of the court dispute between the Turkish company KARADENIZ RO-RO and Commercial sea port of Skadovsk. The Turkish plaintiff demanded termination of the contract on modernization of the port infrastructure and return of the advance payment in the amount of almost USD 1 million. The reason of applying to the court was non-fulfillment of the contract conditions by the Ukrainian partner – Skadovsk port.

The lawyers of the firm developed a strategy of the court process, prepared a claim and other process documents and represented the client’s interests at the stages of the first, appeal and cassation instances. The Superior Commercial court passed a ruling which left the appeal instance ruling in force. The ruling satisfied all plaintiffs’ claims in full.
