Glib Bondar, one of the leading banking and finance lawyers in Ukraine, joins Avellum Partners

Kyiv, February, 19, 2010 — Avellum Partners, a law firm specializing in corporate finance, welcomes as its new partner Glib Bondar, one of the leading Ukrainian banking and finance lawyers, who worked on most capital markets transactions out of Ukraine.

Glib Bondar will lead the banking and finance practice at Avellum Partners. Mr. Bondar has significant experience and specializes in banking and finance, capital markets, securitization and structured finance, bank and corporate lending, project finance, and debt restructuring. Prior to joining Avellum Partners Mr. Bondar was a Partner at the Kyiv Office of international law firm Baker & McKenzie.
