CMS advised KEXIM

International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang has advised the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), an export credit bank from South Korea, on extending its secured USD 36 million financing to Grain Terminal Holdings in Ukraine.

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang regularly advises on commodity financings in these sectors and has cutting-edge expertise in finding the right solutions for various types of financing in international trade transactions.
