Spenser & Kauffmann announces new counsels
Spenser & Kauffmann is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruslan Shevchuk and Igor Chernyshenko as new counsels to the firm, effective 1 February 2010.
Ruslan Shevchuk joined Spenser & Kauffman to the post of senior associate of M&A and Corporate Practice Group in 2007. Mr. Shevchuk has extensive legal experience in direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, business restructuring, corporate and antimonopoly law, contract law, advising on trade and telecommunication law.
Igor Chernyshenko joined Spenser & Kauffmann as a senior associate to the Commercial Practice Group in 2007. Mr. Chernyshenko focuses primarily in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, including structuring, establishment, reorganization and liquidation issues. Most of his clients are leading French-based companies looking for expert legal advice in their native language.
